My approach to psychotherapy

My work is gentle, non-judgmental, and empathic. Through observation, and questioning, I will work with you to understand who you are and what you need to help you reach your personal goals and aspirations, to help you find inner calm in turbulent times.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process based on the relationship between the client and the therapist. I create a supportive, open, warm and caring environment, which can allow you to express what you need in order to begin the work. Together, we will be able to help you understand your own inner wisdom as you learn how to nourish your soul and let go of the toxic things that have prevented you from living fully and passionately.

I believe that people choose psychotherapy for all kinds of reasons. Often it is because they feel out of balance in some way and they want to do something to create change in themselves and in their relationships to others, to find a greater personal harmony.

Psychotherapy is a way to take action, to step forward and find a more rooted ground upon which to stand. Psychotherapy is a profound and effective approach to telling our stories, to understanding our feelings, to exploring our own fragility as we learn about ourselves and find our own infinite wisdom, our own inner fortitude, and our purpose on this planet.

All my work is done online, through zoom.
